  • Delivery & Collection
    If you live in Stowmarket, Bury St. Edmunds, Ipswich or surrounding areas there is the option for delivery by hand. Delivery by hand will be on a Saturday unless notfiied otherwise. You can also collect from Stowupland if this is easier for you. Please be aware that collection will still be 7-10 days before your order is ready. The remaining UK deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail or Hermes. If you require an order a bit quicker than the delivery times, please send an email to enquiries@floresuk.com or pop a note at check out. We will always see if we can get things to you that bit quicker if requried. Please be patient. We are working with the postal system here!
  • Returns & Refunds
    We are confident you will be over the moon with your purchase but if, for whatever reason you are not 100% happy please do get in touch by sending an email to enquiries@floresuk.com. You must let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your order whether you wish to start the return process. When contacting us, please attach photographs of any issues. This will make the process much quicker for all involved. If a return is accepted, you will be responsible for returning any item at your cost. Please do let us know as soon as possible if you are unahppy or have received the wrong order and any issues can be rectified as soon as possible.
  • Sustainability
    Our aim is to be as sustainable as possible. We have taken every step possible to ensure all of our packaging can be recycled (yes even the tape used on the boxes is compostable!). Unfortunatley, some of the packaging for larger items has some bits of plastic on them. Please do re-use these if you can to prevent any unecessary waste. If you have any tips on how we might impove, this is something we would be hugely interested in.
  • Swapping Stems
    We try to be as accommodating as possible and will only be able to swap stems that are of a similar cost and (of course) if we have them in stock. Where stems reqeusted are significantly more costly, you will be given an additional charge and the choice to proceed. Please do let us know if there is something you want removed or replaced and we will do our best for you. If you just want items removed but nothing in its place, the cost of that bunch will not be reduced.
